Frequently asked questions
If EU Design offers shipping to your location, you can choose between these shipping options in the “Your order” box during checkout. The cost of shipping will be automatically added to your order.
If EU Design doesn’t currently offer shipping to your destination, or if you want to use your own shipping agent, please select “I have my own shipping agent” and fill out the related fields below. EU Design will use your specified shipping agent and you will be billed separately from them.
If paying by Credit Card, your transaction will be instantly validated.
If paying via Bank Transfer, you will be presented with the payment information upon placing your order. EU Design requires you to provide subsequent proof of payment for the goods to be released.
If paying via check, the goods will be released once the check has cleared.
As soon as we have set a confirmed ship date for your products, you will be notified via email.
